Why choose Kuida
We use materials regardless of cost, just to earn recognition for our products and brand.
We use copper-free, mercury-free, high-definition ultra-thin silver mirror, with quality power drivers and light strips to ensure safety and durability.
Strict Mirror Selection & Technology
We have more than 17 years of experience in mirror processing, using high-quality copper-free silver mirror. A nice and smooth edge is the outcome of our skilled grind and polish processing.
Quality Control & Testing
Attentive on each processing step, strict on quality control. We devote attention to every detail to display perfect quality to everyone.
Top Quality Standard
A curated selection of mirrors that create the best lighting environment. Unique design and a professional team — the entire product line carries UL/ETL/CE/SAA certification with an extremely high waterproof rating.
High Quality LED Strips
High-brightness, energy-saving, waterproof epoxy light strips. With dimmable built-in LED strip light, our mirrors reduce energy consumption by more than 80%.
Memory Function
The LED mirror remembers your lighting settings when the power is cut off — no need to reset the light mode when reconnecting power.
High Quality Silver Mirror
5mm generation-3 copper-free mirror with a silvered reflection layer makes reflection clearer and more natural. Salt spray testing reaches 480 hours.
No-Rust Mirror Edge
No rusting edge or oxidation. Salt spray testing reaches 480 hours for lasting durability.
Strong Protection Packaging
Our packaging protects both the mirror corners and the front and back of the mirror. It has passed drop testing for safe export.
Full Customization
We offer customization with low MOQ. You can customize shape, color, size, logo, as well as features as you need.
The technology behind every mirror
From coating chemistry to smart manufacturing — three lenses on Kuida quality and safety.

Technology & R&D Edge
Eco-friendly paint and epoxy form a copper-free, lead-free high-definition silver-mirror coating — imaging quality without environmental compromise.

Tempered Safety Mirrors
Tempered mirrors meet EN12150 and ANSI Z97.1, at five times the strength of ordinary glass — breaking into safe granular pieces to minimize injury and loss.

Visualized Digital Platform
A visualized digital platform spans the whole process — real-time complex data, full-chain traceability and standardized workflows for consistent, traceable quality.

Closed-loop verification, from raw glass to finished mirror
Our full-chain R&D and testing center covers every stage of validation — from incoming float-glass inspection, through mirror-coating process piloting, to finished-mirror performance verification. The lab houses an industry-leading suite of professional instruments spanning optical imaging, tempered-glass mechanics, environmental weathering, and electrical safety.
- Optical imaging — Imaging precision, reflectance & color calibration.
- Tempered-glass mechanics — Stress, hardness & impact-strength validation.
- Environmental weathering — Salt-spray, aging & humidity cycling.
- Electrical safety — Parameters, insulation & LED driver testing.
Validates large-panel, tempered and LED smart mirror series.
Four testing domains, one closed loop
Each domain maps to a dedicated suite of instruments and a defined test protocol — so every mirror leaving the line is backed by traceable data.
Optical Imaging
A YF1000 spectrometer with an integrating sphere and an automatic image-measuring CMM verify reflectance, color rendering and imaging precision.
Tempered Mechanics
A hardness tester and drop / impact rig confirm surface strength and shatter resistance for tempered mirror certification.
Environmental Weathering
Salt-spray, aging / weathering and constant temp-humidity chambers drive coating-corrosion, climate-durability and LED lumen-maintenance tests.
Electrical Safety
A PW9800 analyzer and general electrical test bench measure parameters, insulation and waterproof aging for LED smart mirrors.

A complete production chain
Every mirror is validated at three gates — so the coating formula optimized in piloting carries through, verifiably, to the finished product. Data is captured, traced and archived at each stage.
INCOMINGRaw-glass inspection
Float-glass substrates are checked for inclusions, flatness and optical defects before any coating work begins.
PILOTINGMirror-coating process
Coating formulas and deposition parameters are tuned in pilot runs, then verified for adhesion, reflectance and corrosion resistance.
OUTGOINGFinished-mirror validation
Each finished mirror — large-panel, tempered or LED smart — completes performance testing before it ships with a traceable report.
